Mr Munro in Room W65 at the latest by noon on Thursday, 3 November Briefs which have to be up-dated, corrected or completely re-written after that date should be reproduced according to the Cabinet Office instructions at Annex B(i).
6. Finally, in the preparation of all briefs please bear in mind the objectives of both sides as set out in the General Brief of which you have a draft copy. Where necessary these should be made clear.
