Lady Young is visiting Cyprus from 19-22 October. the discussion is likely to focus almost exclusively on various aspects of the Cyprus problem and our bilateral relationship, we feel that it would be useful for her to broaden the discussion by including some international issues on which we have points to get across. Following our telephone conversations earlier this week and discussions with the Planning Staff, it seems that the issues that ought to be covered, with lead departments in brackets
