Depending on developments between now and the end of
the month the Prime Minister may need to raise either or
both of the current bilateral problems of greatest
concern, namely the threatened Federal anti-trust case
against British airlines and the US Export Administration
Act.

Following from the above I enclose a

number of these are the same as those on the

Williamsburg and it may be possible in some cases to use
the same briefing for both meetings.
9. The Prime Minister has said that she will wish be
guided by the President's wishes. We are accordingly
asking the Embassy in Washington to seek the views of the
Americans. They may of course come up with additional
subjects.
