East/West Relations
The Secretary of State has seen your minute of 28 July. He agrees with the comments in paragraph 2 of your minute about the reasons why China did not figure more in the major paper on East/West relations. But he believes that it was nevertheless valuable to have the interesting input in Sir P Cradock's letter of 21 July.
