Further to my letter of 17 March I have now received from David Reese in the DFA a copy of Mr Ranald Macdonald's speech to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Although it looks from Hong Kong telegram number 384 as though you will have already had a copy it seems worth sending this copy on to you in case there are any inconsistencies or omissions.
