I attach some Points for Mr Moray Stewart to make on the future of Hong Kong. Given the complexity and sensitivity of this subject we are not too happy about someone unfamiliar with it speaking in this way to this kind of audience. It is essential therefore that Mr Stewart sticks rigidly to our brief and that confidentiality is stressed.
