(Huo Yingdong, 7202/5391/2539); Luo Guixiang (5012/2710/4382), a former Un-official lember of the Executive and Legislative Councils; Wong Cho-fan (Huang Zufen, 7806/4371/5358), Chairman of the Chinese Reform Association of Hong Kong; Percy Chen (Chen Bishi, 7115/0012/1102), a lawyer; Ma Meng (7456/5536), Professor of Chinese Language at Hong Kong University; Wang Kuang (3769/0562), the former First Secretary of the HTMC; Qi Fe..g (4359/5468), one of the Secretaries of the HKIMC; and Li-Tse-chung (LÌ Zisong, 2621/1311/6139), Publisher of the Wen Wei Po.
