Mr Luce has agreed to receive Miss Hollingsworth at 2.30 on the afternoon of Thursday 8 September and to hear her views on Hong Kong. I have myself informed Miss Hollingsworth of these arrangements. (For future reference, her London telephone number is 262 6923.)
2. I should be grateful if you could provide briefing for the call by 5.30 pm Wednesday. I should be grateful also if you could collect Miss Hollingsworth on arrival at the main reception on the Thursday afternoon. There is of course now no need for Miss Hollingsworth to be included in the group of people due to meet the Minister during his forthcoming visit to Hong Kong.
