1.
In accordance with DSP Vol 75 chapter 3 I submit a draft submission from the Secretary of State to The Queen and a draft covering letter from the Private Secretary to the Private Secretary to The Queen, proposing that agrément be granted for Mr Chen Zhaoyuan to succeed Mr Ke Hua as Chinese Ambassador.
2. I have submitted separately on other arrangements arising out of Mr Ke's departure.
