to say that the Executive Council's function is to
advise the Governor.
If asked about th e Governor's visit to London
The Governor is in London this week on Hong Kong
Government business. He will be discussing various
Hong Kong matters with officials and Ministers in the
Foreign and Commonwealth Office and will be calling on
#the Prime Minister on Friday 28 January..
He is seeing Lord Belstead today and again on Friday to
discuss Hong Kong's future and other bilateral issues.
