with Mr. Luce at 2.30 p.m. on 28th September. They will not read it out and hope that Mr. Luce will have
a chance to glance through it before the meeting.

They will avoid answering press questions immediately after the meeting but will release the
statement to the press some time later. It follows
much the same lines as other documents of theirs which
have been published.
