Aged 61. Legislative Councillor since 1981. Ex-Chairman of Heung Yee Kuk, 1964-66. An old hand in NT politics, but not very influential. In building contractor and restaurant business as well as real property.

Aged 57. Ex-Chairman of Heung Yee Kuk, 1978-80. A strong man in Tai Po District. Has made pro-British administration of Hong Kong statements openly on the issue of Hong Kong's future.

Aged 49. Unofficial Member of Legislative Council since 1977. A practising solicitor. Commands negligible influence in the NT.

Aged 54.

Ex-Chairman of Tsuen Wan Rural Committee, 1970-74. Unofficial member of Hong Kong Housing Authority. Fairly popular in Tsuen Wan District but exerts little influence outside the district. Leads comfortable life from family income.

Aged 60. Belongs to the traditional New Territories breed. A descendant of one of the original five big clans in the New Territories. Active in Yuen Long District. Lives

on ancestral yield.

Aged 52. Chairman of Sha Tin Rural Committee since 1976. Unofficial member of Hong Kong Housing Authority.

Aged 66. Ex-Chairman of Sai Kung Rural Committee 1968-74. Ex-Vice-Chairman of Heung Yee Kuk 1972-74. Strong supporter of Hong Kong Government during 1967 civil disturbances. Runs a hotel in Sai Kung and a travel agency.
