Minister, Air Chief Marshal Siddhi. Mr Luce would plan to visit
these countries between 13-26 September.
Mr Luce thinks it would be useful if he were accompanied
by his wife; she would follow a separate programme.
The Secretary of State approves of Mr Luce's plans and hopes that the
Prime Minister, too, will see fit to endorse them.
