4. I therefore submit two draft telegrams to Singapore and
Brunei in order to set on foot these arrangements. Hong Kong
Department are submitting separately on the proposed press
announcement for the visit to Hong Kong, which will also include
a reference to that to Singapore, when we have received
firmation from the post that this is acceptable.
