(a) Consider and agree with Hong Kong as necessary:

(b) Inform News Department
(c) Consider photocalls, interviews, etc and fix with News Department.
Copying
Ensure:
(i) News Dept receive copies of all tels etc about the visit. (ii) HKGO get copies of papers about administrative arrangements and
are consulted throughout.
(iii) Doreen Lothian (W41) receives tels referring to lunches/
