the Secretary of State on 4 May at 10.30 am;

Lord Belstead on 5 May at 12.15 pm (and afterwards for lunch).
I submit a brief for the Secretary of State's meeting. The PUS and Lord Belstead may wish to take a similar line. I also

There is still no reply from the Chinese to the PM'S Business confidence is still reasonably good but shows signs of
the Hong Kong dollar has fallen to about HK$6.905 to the US$, although the Hang Seng index remains above 1000.
