CALL ON THE PRIME MINISTER BY THE UNOFFICIAL MEMBERS OF THE HONG KONG EXECUTIVE COUNCIL, 4 JULY 1983
1. The Governor of Hong Kong and the EXCO Unofficials are
calling on the Prime Minister at 1530 on Monday 4 July for a
discussion on the future of Hong Kong. The Secretary of State
and Mr Luce will be seeing the group on 4 and 5 July
respectively.
I attach a draft letter to No 10 covering:
