I enclose a copy of the interview with Vice Admiral Almeida e Costa which was published in the 'Diário Popular' a Lisbon evening paper on 23 December (not for Hong Kong). I also attach a full translation of the first section of the interview (about Hong Kong/Macao) and a summary of the other sections (about Macao in general).
