RESOLUTION
(Under clause XXIII of the Hong Kong Royal
Instructions 1917 to 1980)
RESOLVED that with effect from 1 September 1983 the
Standing Orders of the Legislative Council of
Hong Kong, made by the said Council on 9 October
1968, be amended
(a) in Standing Order No. 4 by
renumbering
paragraphs (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) and
(8) as paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5),
(6) and (7) respectively;
(b) in Standing Order No. 9
-
(i) in paragraph (7), by inserting after
"twenty minutes" the following
