1. I attach a copy of Miss Wilson's minute of 21 April 1983 and Mr Edward's (Legal Advisers) manuscript comments of 12 April.

I should welcome your comments on whether in future we should, when asked to list our Dependent Territories, put the Falkland Island Dependencies separately. As you may know it has been our practice in replying to PQ's since at least 1976 to indicate the FI and FI Dependencies as one entry 'Falkland Islands and Dependencies'.
3.
The entry for BIOT was inadvertently omitted and a correction will be made.
