On your paragraph 3, there seems to be a substantial ambiguity in the Parliamentary Question; Hong Kong BDTC's have, by definition, a right of entry to (and right of abode in) Hong Kong. This is true of all BDTC's, and the answer would therefore be 'nil'.

Apart from possible questions arising out of this ambiguity (eg do BDTC's have right of entry to other DTs), I can think of no supplementaries that relate to the Dependent Territories and BDTC status rather than the relationship between BDTC's and the UK. If you would find it helpful, I could provide s ome material on Hong Kong's attitude to the BNA and the tensions
that this has caused in our bilateral relations.
