The answers to Mr Tombe's nationality related questions are as follows:-
(i) No, each Dependent Territory has its own immigration laws.
(ii) No. The status held was citizen- ship of the United Kingdom and Colonies which was acquired by birth in a Dependent Territory.
(iii) The three new categories of citizenship are British citizens, British Dependent Territory citizens and British Overseas citizens. British Dependent Territory citizens generally have the right of abode in He Dependent Territory through which they acquired their status. The
