"(f) where the person is a British Dependent Territories citizen by virtue of naturali- sation, that he was naturalised in Gib- raltar and that Gibraltar was the rele- vant territory for the purposes of Sche- dule 1 to the British Nationality Act,; 1981:
"(g) where the residence or presence of any person in a dependent territory is a ma- terial qualification, that the dependent territory is Gibraltar:
"(h) where the citizenship at any time after commencement of a spouse is a material qualification, that the spouse is at that time a British Dependent Territories ci- tizen having a connection with Gibral- tar:
"(i) where an appropriate qualifying con- nection with a dependent territory is, within the meaning of the British Nat- ionality Act, 1981, a material qualifi- cation, that the dependent territory is Gibraltar:
"(j) in the case of a person who acquired British Dependent Territories citizen- ship on commencement of the British Nationality Act, 1981, where the birth, naturalisation or registration of the pe- rson or his parent or grandparent or any other relevant person in a dependent territory is a material qualification, that the dependent territory was Gibraltar.
"(3) For the purpose of subsection (2), 'material quali- fication' means any matter that it is necessary for a person to establish in order to be entitled or eligible to be a British Dependent Territories citizen, whether or not it is the only such qualification."
