EXTRADITION OF FUGITIVES TO MACAU
1. There is insufficient evidence available to enable
proper assessment as to whether there has been absence of
natural justice. For this purpose Home Office need to have
access to papers submitted in accordance with Article 8 of
Anglo Portuguese Extradtion Treaty 1892 which should includ (i) certificate of Conviction (by Lower Court in Macau)
judgement of Appeal Court in Macau (which should set
out reasons for decision, arguments presented and
legal bases)
