to this matter is in my submission of 8 December 1981. The Lord Privy Seal replied to Mr Wolfson on 9 December 1981.
The Birmingham Evening Mail have now published the letter from the Commissioner Against Corruption in Hong Kong and I recommend that the Lord Privy Seal send a copy to Mr Wolfson on the lines of the attached draft.
