The Lord Privy Seal has authorised me to reply on his behalf to your letter dated 4th January 1982, concerning your dismissal from the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force. Your complaints concerning your dismissal were answered in my letter to you of 1st May 1979; I reiterated my response in my letter to you of 4th August 1979. Your subsequent complaints to the Complaints Against the Police Office have been fully investigated, as I advised you in my letter of 9th August 1980, and you were further advised of this in the Commissioner of Police's letter to you dated 5th June 1981. NR

In all the above circumstances I must respectfully suggest that unless you have any new evidence further correspondence with His Excellency the Governor, the Chief Secretary, or members of Her Majesty's Government on this subject is unnecessary.
