ungentle- manly conduct, I feel it is my patriotic duty to inform the millions of Filipino would be commuters about the operessive attitude of the Hongkong police towards the Filipino tourists. As a matter of fact, my brother-in-law who is a staffer of the Bulletin Today, a newspaper with a 1.5 milion daily circulation, has been urging me to give my story to the press. However, before I do that, I would like to give your Honor the chance to rectify the injustices committed by some mem- bers of the Hongkong police.
