1. We have received from No. 10 a copy of a letter dated 24 July sent to the Governor by Mr Felix C Mondejar, complaining of his treatment by the RHKPF, and in particular
on 29 June. We do not
propose to reply to this letter or to take any other action on it, but we would be grateful to receive, in due course, a copy of your reply to Mr Mondejar.
