It was never the intention of
Your Petitioners to reap a profit from the transaction or to defraud the Authorities of the Hong Kong Government or the Government of China.

Having regard to the matters aforesaid, Your Petitioners humbly crave that the said silver coins, silver discs, silver ornaments and gold ornaments ordered to be forfeited to the Crown may be returned to them to be taken back to China by their power of attorney one Madam Wong Ching Yuet.
