E. Persons Contacted for Information Relevant to the Conduct and Character of
the Prisoner
2.
Mr. CHEUNG had known Frisoner for over 10 years and they met each other weekly when they played the basketball game together. All these years, Prisoner was observed to be a very straight forward, decent and responsible youth with no vicious habits. Because of his nice personality, Mr. CHEUNG had introduced Prisoner to work for R & A Millett Co. Ltd. as the merchandising clerk in September, 1977. Since then Prisoner rarely talked about his work or his conflicts with mr. wright and Mr. LEUNG (the Deceased). About a month before the murder, he learnt that Prisoner had been dismissed by Mr. wright but he was ignorant that Prisoner had returned to work for R & A Millett Co. Ltd. again. At the end of the interview, Mr. CHEUNG strongly believed that Prisoner would not have any pre-meditated plan to kill the Deceased. Instead, he might have possibly stabbed him to death during the fight.
