confidence that Prisoner would take care of everything for the aged parents and understood that Prisoner was presently pre-occupied by a long stay in Macau. A bank saving account with a sum of money for her expenditure had been pre-arranged by Prisoner which Madam AU praised for his considerate nature. To conclude, it was impressed that Madam AU was totally in the dark of what happened but she was pre-arranged by Prisoner to be in ample care financially before going into prison.

the Aged taking care of Prisoner's father)

It was intended to arrange for a visit to Mr. CHAN Yuen, Prisoner's father in the said Care and Attention Home. However, through telephone contact with Madam YUEN, it was learned that Prisoner's father suffered from severe deafness, poor eye sights and weak health besides paralysis on both legs as a consequence of traffic accident. At present, he needed special care in his daily excretion and opening of bowels, It was also obvious that both Prisoner's father and Madam YUEN had no knowledge of Prisoner's offence. Nevertheless, from the record, Madam YUEN could recall that Prisoner was the one arranged for his father's admission, and a frequent visitor. Prisoner's eldest brother had put down his address for reference but rarely visited the old man. Madam YUEN also informed that recently Prisoner failed to turn up for visit and replaced by his nephews from time to time.

He had also witnessed the bruises and swollen eyes Prisoner suffered. Unfortunately, Prisoner turned a deaf ear to the suggestion of change place of abode. Instead, Prisoner commanded the young nephew to stay out of it and forbid him to tell other family members. The main conflict between Prisoner and the 2 young co-tenants seemed to arise from the loud noise of radio, disturbance from late hours mahjong playing and returning home and many other daily trivials matters. The frequent report to police and investigation annoyed the other co-tenants to turn against Prisoner at the later stage of development but no one ever expected the present consequence.

comment upon his uncle was that Prisoner, who seemingly introvert and non-trouble making generally, could easily become self-protective and recalcitrant when he felt himself being bullied and mis-judged. the-less,
