1.
in the 24th July 1981, your humble petitioner was convicted in the High Court of Hong Kong, upon a verdict of a Jury of seven persons, of the offences of murdering Ho Siu-tuen and Leung Kim and Robbing Ho Siu-tuen and was sentenced to suffer death in the manner prescribed by law, in respect of the two offences of Murder and to 6 years' imprisonment in respect of the offence of Hobbery.

ún the 17th March 1982 the appeal of your humble petitioner was dismissed by the Court of Appeal and he is now a condemned prisoner awaiting execution for the two offences of murder.

Your humble petitioner is seeking the mercy of Your Excellency The Governor to save him from this punishment.

Your humble petitioner is a single man now aged 22 years, having been born on the 15th September 1959 in Hong Kong. His parents and 5 brothers and sisters all reside in Hong Kong.

Frior to his arrest, your humble petitioner had been residing with his parents and youngest brother at Shatin, New Territories.
6.
Since ceasing education, your humble Petitioner has taken up various jobs and employments. At the time of his arrest he was employed as a security
guard.
7.
Your humble petitioner has no previous convictions.
