The deceased, prior to her death was employed in a factory working
daily from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.; while her brother
was employed in a watch factory daily from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and work
overtime as access as to 8 p.m. a shortly thereafter.
4. Differences arose between the convict on the one hand and the deceased
and her brother on the other about September 1980. On balance these
differences revolved around, firstly, the failure of the deceased.
