In all these circumstances, if Your Excellency
should deem it just and appropriate to accede to this Petition, Your Humble Petitioner respectfully requests that
Your Excellency should, in place of sentence of death now
imposed upon him, substitute such a term of years as to Your Excellency shall seem just in all the circumstances,
not condemn him to a lifetime in prison.
