To carry out the decision of Jack Carter. The political division of the government of Hong Kong start another project to enable the decision to become a fact.
Hong Kong is my birth place and I choose British as my nationality. I never participate in politics but 'Sir Jack' and his administration dare to do this to oppress a Hong Kong citizen. As people well know, the citizen of Hong Kong just work hard and tolerate inequality. But these are too much to
me.
Jack Carter is now Commissioner in London. He got quite a good fame in the work of against corruption. I do know that for most of the pleple, it is totoally un-believable.
In the project, all my 'teachers' and 'classmates' direct my mental condition to become disorder. I did un-usual things in this period. Some might help this people to argue that they are innocence and should not carry any responsiblity. They might have evidence to defend themselves even in a legal questioning. Finally, they used police to put me into a mental hospital. I am a political prisoner. In dictatorial countries the government used to put their oppositions to mental hospital. In Hong Kong, the method is more 'edvance'.
The late Senior Police Inspector John MacLennan, killed himself by his gun. But how many bullets that he used? One or two was enough. I am not a psychoanalyst, however, from this case, I concluded that, John MacLennan killed himself was in a hypnotic state. Even though the case was closed by 'the Honourable' Mr. 'Justice' Yang and a report was published after that.
In here, I must turn back to give additional information concerning about this case. I must describle the detailed information.

The one who pretend to take full responsiblity
A group of 'Royal' Hong Kong Police in Yau Ma Tei Police Station Step:
1) arrested in Yau Ma Tei Police Station at that night,
2) after half an hour, the 'Royal' Hong Kong Police associated
with officers in the Medical Health Department use force to take me into Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Q.E.),
3) injected liquid under forces in this hospital after that,
next day, March 28, 1981, from Q.E. to Castle Peak Hospital, (Castle Peak Hospital is a hospital specially for the serious mental patients, the light one will not be admitted.) 'diagnosed' by a physican Named 'Dr. Yu, 'stayed' in the hospital for 14 days,
7) after that I'volunteered' to go to the Hong Kong Psychiatric centre and diagnosed by another 'Dr' Yu and then Dr.' Chen. The reference No. is H/M 4250/81, the telephone no. of this centre is 5-495121 Ext. 229.
