Dear Sir

I recevied the letter signed by C G Edgar Esq. dated 7 January 1982 on the 16 January 1982.

I am very happy for I received the letter from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on the one hand, I also totally feel disappointed on the other.

I do know it is a very serious case. The same letter had already been send to many countries.

After I read the letter from C G Edgar Esq., I subjectively feel that the British government trend to draw the case to a close. The reply is very indistinctness. Originally the letter should present to Her Britannic Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second. Even through I live in a court, the reply letter should come from the Court.

Jack Carter was the former acting governor and chief secretary of Hong Kong, the names that I listed in the letter are elites. Any legal action against them might cause a shock in the Hong Kong society.

The approval of Lingnan College as an government approved post-secondary college is only a government policy for the government of Hong Kong would like to make a balance mainly because of Baptist College claimed university status at that time.

Recently Jack Carter has been appointed as an honorary doctorate degree candidate in Social Science chiefly suggested by Dr. Rayson Huang (I believed) for one of the way to defense the post-secondary college status of Lingnan College and his elder brother Raymond Huang, the real chief in the crime in this case.
