I should prefer to consider this file when you have been able to attach copies of all the available and relevant material, In particular the following should be added--
(i) the papers referred to in folio 3 which are said to be on HKK 361/2 and which include an opinion by the Crown Solicitor in Hong Kong;
(ii) the map attached to the lease granted to Sir H Parkes in March 1860;
(iii) the report of the joint British/Chinese survey and attached map, as enclosed with Sir H Robinson's despatch of 30 April 1862;
(iv) the delimitation agreement and map of March 1899 referred to in paragraph 1(b) of Mr Walker's minute of 2 September.
