We have learned of the Hong Kong Immigration Department's refusal to grant Ms. Christine Vertucci, a staff member of Asia Monitor, an extension of stay in Hong Kong.
We would like to state that we value highly the services rendered by Asia Monitor, and we are sure that Ms. Christine Vertucci's professional competence and Commitment have played an important role in making Asia Monitor what it is now. We therefore kindly ask for a reconsideration of the application of Ms. Christine Vertucci for an extension of her employment visa.
