Mr obert Parry (Liverpool, Scotland Exchange): To ask the Lo rivy Seal, whether any system to monitor workers' health in circumstances where they may be exposed to carcinogenic
icals exists in Hong Kong; and whether any procedure to inwatigate related complaints exists.

Mr Humphrey Atkins
Radiation regulations required recording of exposure and
regular medical examination of workers using radioactive
chemicals. Skin cancer is notifiable under the Factories
and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance. Complaints
regarding safety and health at work are investigated
by the Factory Inspectorate or the Occupational
Health Division of the Labour Department.
