Addition of First
Schedule.
14.
The principal Ordinance is amended by adding,
before the Second Schedule, the following schedule
(1981 c.61.)
"FIRST SCHEDULE
ss. 2(1) & 59A.7
PERSONS WHO ARE HONG KONG BELONGERS
UNDER SECTION 2(1)
1.
Any person who immediately before 1 January
1983 was a Hong Kong belonger.
2.
Any person who is or becomes a British
Dependent Territories citizen
(a) under section 15(1)(b) or (2) of the
1981 Act;
(b) by naturalization in Hong Kong under
section 18 of, and Schedule 1 to, the
1981 Act;
(c) by registration in Hong Kong under section
15(3) or (4), 17, 19, 21, 22, 24
or paragraph 3, 4 or 5 of Schedule 2 to the
1981 Act;
(d) under section 23(1), (3) or (4) of the
1981 Act..
