5. I turn now to the question of the Hong Kong Tourist
Association and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
The resemblance between the long Kong Tourist Association
and the British Tourist Authority is very superficial, and
we shall be able to deal with any argument based on an
analogy in favour of designating the BTA under Section 2(3)
of the Act. Trade Development Council staff operate overseas
from our Missions the same way as our Commercial sections.
