BRITISH NATIONALITY (FALKLAND ISLANDS) AMENDMENT BILL:
1. As suggested by Dependent Territories departments I have drafted a guidance to advise Governors etc on this subject.
2. My suggested addressees outside the DTs include South and Central America, African posts where Asian UKPIIS have been an issue and other interested Commonwealth posts, especially in the Caribbean.
3.
I should be grateful to receive any comments and suggested amendments by close of nlay tomorrow Tuesday 7 December after which I shall assume concurrence and send the draft to Information Department for editing and issue.
