Amendment
Article 8(4) is amended by deleting "citizen of th United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following
"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen".
2. The proviso to Article 9 is amended by deleting "citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies" and substituting the following -

"British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen or a British Overseas citizen".

3. The proviso to Article 11(1)(c) is amended

Article 8 is amended
(a) in paragraph (1)(c) by deleting "British subjects" and substituting the following
"British citizens, British Dependent Territories citizens or British Overseas citizens"; and
