Amendment
(a) by deleting the definition of "United Kingdom" and
substituting the following definition

""United Kingdom" means -
(a) the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland; or
(b) when used with reference to citizenship or
nationality, Great Britain, Northern
Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; ".
Section 4 is repealed and replaced by the following
"Definition
of "Common- wealth"
"Commonwealth" means collectively
