Amend the British Nationality (Miscellaneous
Provisions) Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof.
Short title and
commencement.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the British
Nationality (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment)
Ordinance 1982 and shall come into operation on 1
January 1983.
Replacement of
long title. (Cap. 186.)
2. The long title to the principal Ordinance is
deleted and replaced by the following
