Nothing in this order shall apply in respect of
any registration or grant of any certificate specified in
the Schedule to the principal Ordinance, for which
application was made prior to the commencement of this
order.

Explanatory Note
This order amends the Schedule to the principal
Ordinance by increasing the various fees relating to
registration and naturalization. The increases are in
line with recent increases in the United Kingdom.

Paragraph 4 provides that fees payable in respect
of registration and for the grant of certificates for which
application was made before this order came into operation
shall be payable at the old rate.
