BRITISH NATIONALITY (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER 1982
Made by the Governor in Council under section 5
Citation.
1. This order may be cited as the British Nationality
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule)
Order 1982.
Amendment of Part I of the Schedule. (Cap. 186.)
2. Part I of the Schedule to the principal Ordinance
is amended
(a) in items 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 13 by
deleting "$600.00" wherever it occurs and
substituting in each case the following
(b)
$840.00";
in items 2, 6 and 9 by deleting "$1,800.00"
wherever it occurs and substituting in each
case the following
"$2,400.00"; and
