2. On a minor point on the text of the Second Reading Speech, para 20 refers to Hong Kong's generous contribution to the South Atlantic Fund. The Cayman Islands however, has made a more generous contribution per capita - and Bermuda has also made a considerable contribution. Other dependent territories, some- what slower off the mark, have initiated public appeals.

It is suggested therefore that the third sentence of para 20 be amended as follows:-
'A number have made most generous contributions to the South Atlantic Fund which will
