We spoke and you kindly agreed to arrange a programme for Mr Kuo at the Home Office on the afternoon of 22 June.

I attach a letter containing the subjects he wishes to cover. He will be spending the morning with Migration and Visa Department and Nationality and Treaty Department here in the FCO.

Before receiving Kuo's letter I had arranged an .appointment for him with Alan Cogbill (Lunar House x 2507) at 3 pm that day, but it now looks as though this may have to be rejigged if all the subjects Kuo wishes to cover are to be fitted in. He could, I am sure, get to Croydon soon after 2 pm if necessary. May I leave you h arrange or rearrange a programme for Kuo for that afternoon?
If you could let me have details soon I will pass them on to him.
