My colleague Clinton Leeks, who is responsible for refugee matters, will be in UK between 16th December and 7th January. It may be useful for you two to meet and have a chat if you could both find a mutually convenient time. I shall mention this to Clinton; my only regret is that I shall not myself be in UK during that time as I am away from mid-December for some weeks.
